We offer 24 hour supervised care in a luxury residential home setting managed by the Registered Nurse Owner with over 24 years of experience in Cardiology, Hospice Care, Eldercare and Pain Management. We accept all ranges of residents with differing needs. SERVICES: Include assistance or provision with ALL Aspects of Daily Living, including personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, medication dispersion and supervision, meal preparation, assistance with eating if required, personal laundry and most of all emotional support to our residents and family members. Daily Activities are planned and encouraged by our caring staff members. Maximum number of Residents is 6 per home allowing for increased individual attention. The Atmosphere is much like a normal Family Home and the resident's view one another as part of the family they now have. There is ALWAYS a period of adjustment with any transition an elderly person has, this is to be expected and we have the experience to ease and provide reassurance.
Assisted Concepts is Also Very Proud to Offer Hospice and Respite Care. We work in Conjunction with all Hospice Care Providers to Ensure Quality Of Life and Dignity Prevail at this most critical life stage.
