Company Profile

Owned and Managed daily by Pamela Farris MBA, RN who develops care plans to meet each residents individual needs. Assisted Concepts has an outstanding professional reputation in the Medical Community of Collin County. Assisted Concepts LLC is licensed by the State of Texas (# 030338) and accepts Long Term Care Insurance or private pay. We regret that we are to small to accept any type of Government Assistance Programs such as Medicaid. We have tried it and the reimbursement rate for our type of facility is to low to provide for our Residents needs.

Our philosophy is based on a team framework made up of the resident, designated family member, staff and attending physician to ensure optimal care at all times. Following guidelines of the Assisted Living federation of America contributes to the peace of mind that we are legally and ethically a competent placement.

Our homes are in luxury neighborhoods in West Plano, Texas surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, water gardens, statuary gardens and more to add to the serenity of the homes.
